How to Upload Your Photos

1. Enter your name and email so we know who sent the photos.
2. Choose a folder from the dropdown — pick the event or category your photos belong to.
3. Click "Choose Files" and select your photos. You can pick up to 30 at a time. Hold Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) to select multiple, or just tap each one on your phone.
4. Click the blue "Upload" button. A progress bar will show each photo being sent.
5. Wait for the green "Done!" message. That's it — your photos are saved!

A Few Things to Know

• 📷 JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone) photos all work.
• 📐 Large photos are automatically resized — no need to shrink them yourself.
• 🔁 If you upload the same photo twice by accident, the duplicate is skipped automatically.
• ⏱️ Please wait a couple minutes between batches.
• ❓ Don't see the right folder? Contact the club secretary and we'll add it.
